Welcome to Shahla Nafees Farmhouse, your private
luxury escape in Lucknow. By making a reservation, accessing our
property, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a
safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all
guests.

A reservation at Shahla Nafees Farmhouse is confirmed only upon
receipt of the required advance payment and a formal confirmation
message from our team. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute
a confirmed booking.

All bookings must be made by an adult aged 21 years or older
("Primary Guest"), who accepts full responsibility for the booking
on behalf of all guests in the party.

The Primary Guest must provide a valid government-issued ID
(Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence) and accurate contact details at
the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion
without providing a reason.

Reservations are non-transferable and may not be resold or sub-let
under any circumstances.
Dates are only blocked on our calendar after advance payment is
received. We cannot hold dates without payment confirmation.
To ensure the property is well-prepared for your arrival, please
adhere to our check-in and check-out schedule.

Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is
subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must
be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to
availability.

Failure to check out by the agreed time without prior arrangement
will result in an additional night charge.

Guests must vacate all areas of the property including the pool,
garden, and rooftop by the check-out time.
Shahla Nafees Farmhouse is a private residential property. Guests are
expected to behave in a responsible, respectful, and lawful manner at
all times.

Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests may not
exceed the agreed capacity specified at the time of booking.
Unauthorized additional guests will result in immediate termination
of stay without refund.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between
11:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbouring properties and
local regulations.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all
enclosed spaces including bedrooms, the hall, and kitchen.
Designated outdoor areas may be used for smoking, with proper
disposal of cigarette butts.

Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is permitted
responsibly on the property. Any disruptive behaviour arising from
intoxication will result in the immediate termination of stay.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property unless
explicitly agreed in writing before booking confirmation.

Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity including
but not limited to drug use, gambling, or any conduct violating
Indian law is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the
relevant authorities.

Pool Safety: Children must be supervised by an
adult at all times near the pool. Swimming after 10:00 PM is at the
guest's own risk.
Management reserves the right to terminate any stay immediately and
without refund in the event of a serious breach of these rules,
misconduct, or behaviour that threatens the safety or comfort of
others or the integrity of the property.
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation 7+ days before check-in: 80% refund of
the advance amount paid.

Cancellation 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund
of the advance amount paid.

Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: No
refund. The full advance payment is forfeited.

No-show: No refund. The booking amount is forfeited
in full.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing (WhatsApp or email) by
the Primary Guest. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days
to the original payment method.
For stays during peak seasons, festivals (Diwali, Holi, New Year),
or long weekends, a stricter cancellation policy may apply and will
be communicated at the time of booking.
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of
applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

An advance payment (typically 50% of the total booking amount) is
required to confirm your reservation.

The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before check-in
or upon arrival, as agreed.

Pricing may vary during peak seasons, long weekends, and festive
periods. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is binding.

Any additional services, add-ons, or extensions agreed during the
stay will be billed at the prevailing rate and are payable before
checkout.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Credit/debit card payments
may be subject to a processing fee.
A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in to cover
potential damages, loss, or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and
tear.

The security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of checkout,
subject to a full inspection of the property.

Guests are fully liable for any damage caused to the property,
furniture, fixtures, appliances, or inventory during their stay.

The cost of replacement or repair will be deducted from the security
deposit. Any amount exceeding the deposit will be billed separately.

Guests must report any pre-existing damage upon check-in. Failure to
do so may result in the guest being held responsible.
All guests are welcome to enjoy our amenities — including the pool,
rooftop, garden, kitchen, and entertainment areas — with care and
responsibility.

The pool must be used in a safe and responsible manner. Running,
diving, and rough play are prohibited.

Glass items are not permitted in or around the pool area. Please use
the plastic/acrylic ware provided.

Kitchen facilities are available for light use. Guests are
responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and reporting any
appliance issues immediately.

Guests may not rearrange furniture or alter the property setup
without prior permission from management.

BBQ/bonfire arrangements are available on request and subject to
prior approval only. Unsanctioned fires are strictly prohibited.
Shahla Nafees Farmhouse and its management shall not be held liable
for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
occurring on the premises.

Guests use all amenities, including the pool and rooftop, entirely
at their own risk.

We strongly recommend guests obtain personal travel or accident
insurance for their stay.

Management is not responsible for any interruption to services
caused by circumstances beyond our control (power outages, water
supply issues, natural events, etc.). We will make every reasonable
effort to resolve such issues promptly.

By staying at the property, guests agree to indemnify and hold
harmless the management, owners, and staff from any claims arising
from their stay.
Guests are warmly encouraged to photograph their stay for personal use
and to share their experiences on social media. We only ask that you:

Tag us on social media and share your beautiful moments from the
farmhouse.

Do not photograph or film other guests without their explicit
consent.

Commercial photography or videography shoots require prior written
permission and may be subject to an additional location fee.

By sharing photos of our property publicly, you grant Shahla Nafees
Farmhouse a non-exclusive licence to repost your content (with
credit) for promotional purposes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in
connection with your stay shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms
will be published on our website and will apply to all bookings made
after the date of publication.
